On October 16, the second lecture for virtual mobility participants “Take Action for the Sustainable Development Goals” was held with Doctor of Philosophy, professor of the Department of Business and Management at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić (Croatia) – Dafne Vidanec.

The lecture was devoted to issue of the Sustainable Development Goals 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, ensure access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels. Together with the lecturer, students considered the issue of “peace” in the biblical-historical approach, the issue of “justice” in the historical-philosophical approach (Plato, Aristotle, certain Roman philosophers, Kant, Rawls), the issue of “strong institutions” in the philosophical-economic approach through the generalization of Keynesian thoughts

Many thanks to our foreign partners and Dafne Vidanets for the opportunity to join virtual mobility!
