This unique programme brought together students from different parts of Ukraine to explore topical issues of sustainable development. Participants had the opportunity to delve into innovative approaches to solving environmental problems that will directly affect various sectors of the economy, including the financial sector and entrepreneurship.

The course covered disciplines that emphasize the importance of sustainable development in business and society. In particular, the concepts of «15-minutes Сity» and «Green vehicles and their infrastructure» focused on reducing the environmental impact of transport, and «Many eyes, one city» on urban planning based on community needs. Courses such as «Green projects management» and «Sustainable design workshop» taught effective management of environmental projects, while «Environmental cost accounting» and «ESG in company communication strategies. Creation of ESG communication strategy» showed how to integrate environmental responsibility into financial accounting and business communication.

The students share their impressions of the project: «The knowledge gained is extremely valuable for us as future specialists in finance and business. Sustainable development is not just a fashion trend, but a necessity that is shaped by the challenges of today.

Participation in the Summer School helped us to see how economic efficiency can be combined with environmental and social responsibility, and this will be an important part of our future career path. We are convinced that the future of Ukrainian business and the financial sector lies in the implementation of sustainable practices that will not only preserve the environment but also create new opportunities for economic growth.»
