On May 02, 2024, as part of the discipline “Bank Marketing” (lecturer- trainee lecturer Oleksandra Tverezovska), a practical lesson on the topic “Features of the bank’s marketing strategy in the B2B and B2C markets” was held for students majoring in 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” with Loiko Yelyzaveta – marketer of Yug-Naftogaz Geology, postgraduate student of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, NAQA expert.
The event was attended by students of the groups BS-11, BS-11-2 of the programme “Banking”, as well as students of BS-21, BS-31, F-31 group were joined. During the meeting, the students gained in-depth practical knowledge of the features and differences between B2B and B2C marketing, including different approaches to market segmentation, communication and sales; considered methods of analysing customer needs and behaviour in B2B and B2C markets to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining customers; and explored how to adapt bank products and services to the needs of different types of customers, including corporate clients and consumers.
