On February 14, 2022 Associate Professor at the Financial Technology and Entrepreneurship Department S. Pokhylko and students of the institution who are studying courses: E-commerce EN-91/2bfk, EN-91/4bfk-0, International Finance EN-92/3f, F-91r, Trade Business Assets EN-01/1pe, EN-01 /2bfk, EN-01/3pe-1, held an online lesson with Victoria Mirgorodskaya, consulting company “4B”, Kiev city. Ms. Victoria is a former graduate of the department and currently works as an accountant for European VAT at 4B . Therefore she willingly talked about the nuances of the company 4B” activity, concerning international taxation, types and tools of tax optimization, intermediary services for a company registration, intellectual property, e-commerce. The speaker also dwelt on the aspects of asset management companies and joint investment institutions (investment funds). She noted that in the near future they may become an alternative for Ukrainian business, replacing the offshore and low-tax jurisdictions. Students received answers to the questions, that arose during the discussion, which will contribute to the better understanding of the class.
