On 17 November 2023, students of 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and 076 “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities” of the bachelor’s and master’s degrees and teachers of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship took part in a practice-oriented meeting (online format) on the topic “Methodological basis of budgeting”. The speaker was Viktoriia Chepurko, Analyst, Controller, JP Morgan and Chase, Warsaw Office. During the meeting, the main issues were related to the budgeting process at enterprises. In particular, the essence and importance of budgeting in enterprise management, organisation of the budget process at enterprises, and the specifics of the technology for forming operating and financial budgets were reviewed and discussed. The meeting was interesting and useful.
