About value proposition, CRM-system and peculiarities of sales policy from practicing experts!

On October 12, 2021, within the discipline “Entrepreneurship and digital business communications” (teachers: Humenna Yu.H., Samoilikova A.V., Kobushko I.M.), students took part in a series of webinars “Anatomy of Change: A New Look. PRO sales”, organized with the support of Bitrix24. 

Using the example of practical cases, experts from the Merezha platform, the consulting company «Sales Formulas», Bitrix24 and Creators Media Group shared their own experience in business, in particular in the context of the following aspects: 

– value proposition in the formation of a business model; 

– key systems that streamline the sales department; 

– factors of success and failure in the implementation of CRM system in business; 

– barriers to hiring the best vendors in the market. 

The event was attended by 1st year bachelor students studying in groups F-11 / 1op, F-11 / 2dm, BS-11 (specialty 072 “Finance, banking and insurance”), PTB-11 / 2bfk (specialty 076 ” Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activity “), OP-11 (specialty 071″ Accounting and Taxation”), MK-11 (specialty 075″ Marketing”), E-11 / 1e (specialty 051″ Economics”), ME-11 ( specialty 292 “International economic relations”).
