On April 27, 2021, a meeting was held with employers, namely with representatives of NetCracker Technology Corp., with full –time students majoring in 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” of the Institute of the Education and Research Institute of Business, Economics, and Management SumDU. The invited speakers were: Yaroslav Khаpalov – Head of the Project Administrators Group, Svitlana Yerеmenko – Head of the International Financial Reporting Group, Karina Nechak – Head of the Personnel Department, Yulia Rossokhatska – Personnel Specialist.
At the meeting, the speakers highlighted the specifics of financial activities, project administration of the IT company and the basic requirements for financial professionals. Opportunities to combine study and work, as well as career prospects, were discussed during the lively conversation. Practitioners stressed the need to speak English at the Upper Intermediate level for future applicants for vacancies in the company.
