The digital transformation of the financial sector requires new knowledge, bold ideas and active specialists. That is why on March 17, students and postgraduates of our department joined one of the most anticipated events of the spring, the Fintech Job Fair, which took place in Kyiv as part of Ukraine FinTech Week.
The event, organized by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC), became a unique platform for direct dialogue between talented youth and market leaders. Representatives of leading banks, fintech companies and ambitious technology teams gathered within the walls of the IQ Business Center.
For our students, participation in the job fair was a chance to see the fintech industry of Ukraine from the inside. The event program was full of opportunities for those who plan to connect their future with finance, IT, analytics or marketing:
Direct contact with employers: Students had the opportunity to personally present their skills, leave contacts and learn about current vacancies and internship programs.
Market demand analysis: Participants received answers to questions about what competencies are most in demand in the field of digital finance today.
