On March 26, 2026, second-year students of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship (the Finance and Banking educational programmes) joined the online financial game DuckCoin: Path to Financial Freedom, organized by PUMB Bank.
The event was held in an interactive format and aimed to develop financial literacy, decision-making skills, teamwork, and practical thinking in the field of personal finance. The participants were divided into teams, chose representatives to answer questions, opened game cards with situational tasks, analyzed the proposed courses of action, commented on their decisions, and received points for their responses. The team that scored the highest number of points became the winner and received prizes.
During the game, the students had an opportunity to test their knowledge of financial topics in an engaging and dynamic way, practice solving real-life situations, and realize how important balanced financial decisions are for achieving financial stability.
Participation in such events is an important component of the practical training of students, as it allows them to combine theoretical knowledge with real financial cases and also contributes to the development of modern competencies required for future professionals in the financial sector.
The Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship expresses its gratitude to PUMB Bank for this interesting initiative and for providing students with an opportunity to engage in modern educational and practical formats aimed at developing financial literacy and a culture of responsible money management.
