On October 2, 2021, practical classes in the discipline “Electronic services and public financial services” were held for students – masters of distance learning. The teacher of the discipline, Doctor of Economics, Professor Igor Basantsov attracted leading specialists in the field of information technology to share their experience with students and explain the basic principles of using modern information technologies, as well as the use of electronic services in the provision of state financial services.
Andrey Liaskovsky, representative of the qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Accredited Key Certification Center “CESARIS” told about the digital signature, its types according to the modern legislation, advantages of use of the qualified electronic signature in electronic document management systems. He introduced the audience to the conditions for using an electronic signature when working with various electronic services, and also answered students’ questions regarding specific examples for ussng of a qualified electronic signature in the provision of various public services.
Sergey Belov, Head of department in the Key Certification Center of the Information and Computing Center of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, acquainted students with the tasks solved by information technologies when using them in various electronic services, gave specific examples and told about the advantages of providing public financial services in electronic form.
