On October 13, 2025, bachelor students of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship of Sumy State University took part in webinars organized under the international career project Economist Career Way.
Among the participants were Alina Ruban and Karyna Bohomaz, 4th-year students of the Bachelor’s Programme “Finance”, as well as Daria Skrypnyk, a 1st-year student of the Bachelor’s Programme “Banking”.
During the event, experts from PwC presented a session titled “Financial Reporting and Analysis. Accounting”, where they explained the structure and types of financial statements and emphasized the role of audit in ensuring business transparency.
A representative of EY Ukraine, analyst Maria Hlushchenko, conducted a webinar on “How to Manage Personal Finances: Budgeting, Planning, Saving”, where students learned about the principles of financial planning, the 50/30/20 rule, and basic tools for currency hedging.
Our students actively participated in interactive activities.
The event runs until October 18, so all interested students still have the opportunity to join, gain practical knowledge from leading experts, and take a step toward building their careers in the financial sector.
