Participation in youth student exchange in Poland

Second-year student F-11/2dm major “State and local finance” Koshka Alina during June 13-20, 2023 was a participant in the international training “The good, the bad and the ugly of being an entrepreneur” as part of the Erasmus+ program in Katowice (Poland) .
The goal of the youth exchange is the development of critical thinking and analytical skills, the development of intercultural competences and understanding of diversity, as well as the awareness of diversity as an opportunity to understand universal values, the reduction of stereotypes about migrant communities and the promotion of diversity that is the result of mobility. 30 youth leaders and activists from Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Albania, the Czech Republic and Croatia took part in the project.
Alina’s first impressions after her return:
I was glad to become a participant of the youth exchange. The project gave me a lot of positive emotions and memories. I gained new knowledge, I was able to consult with experienced people about my business ideas. The training was conducted with various games and activities, where I had the opportunity to show my personality, get to know the culture of different countries and make new friends.
