In the frameworks of the online event «EU Career Day in Sumy» Head of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship, Ph.D. Prof. Larysa HRYTSENKO and student of speciality 072 «Finance, Banking and Insurance» Iryna KOZHUSHKO took part of a series of public events (in particular, in the format of trainings from representatives of SumSU) on October 29, 2022. During these events, active and interested citizens had the opportunity to share their opinions and experience of implementing EU practices in Ukraine, as well as to discuss trends in the labour market, in particular, the skills needed for a young person to build a successful career.
Special attention was paid to the topic of intercultural communication in everyday life, training and employment, which is an important component of the vector of Ukrainian future development. The participants had the opportunity to discuss the significance of intercultural competence skills arising from the globalization processes in the modern world, as well as the ways to acquire these skills. A huge gratitude to the trainer Hanna SHVINDINA (Ph.D., Professor, SumSU, «Center of Lifelong Education») for the informative and filled with real examples from her own intercultural communication experience training.
