On October 29, 2025, the first online session was held with Oksana Kubrak – project coordinator, expert in grant activities and international cooperation. During the meeting, participants explored the main concepts of leadership and discussed case studies of successful women in business. The training aims to promote women’s entrepreneurship, leadership development, and financial independence.
On October 31, 2025, an offline meeting took place with Svitlana Kachurovska – entrepreneur, artist, illustrator, and author, owner of an oil painting studio for children and adults in Sumy City. Ms. Kachurovska shared her personal success story, discussed the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in the creative industry, and explained how to combine creativity with business.
The students received valuable advice, were inspired by the speaker’s experience, and had the opportunity to discuss current issues of entrepreneurship with community representatives, including Oksana Kubrak, Head of the Department for Strategic Development of Sumy City, and local community members invited to the event.
Participation in such activities helps future professionals develop entrepreneurial thinking, enhance leadership skills, and start creating their own projects already while studying.
