On October 22, 2026, students of the “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market” programme at the bachelor’s and master’s levels took part in an online meeting with Yevhen Dmytriiev, a representative of the Employers’ Expert Council and HR Director at Infinity Technologies.
The meeting was devoted to the topic “Information and Analytical Systems for Human Capital Development Management in Ensuring Enterprise Resilience.”
During the event, participants discussed:
🔹 modern approaches to human capital development management;
🔹 the role of information and analytical systems in managerial decision-making;
🔹 the importance of human capital for enhancing enterprise resilience and competitiveness;
🔹 opportunities for using digital technologies in human resource management under current challenges.
Of particular value to the students was the combination of theoretical aspects with the practical perspective of a business representative. Such meetings help broaden students’ professional outlook, deepen their understanding of current labour market requirements, and develop practice-oriented competencies of future professionals.
