On December 12, a regular lecture was held within the framework of the project “VISIONING THE FUTURE: Social, Economic and Environmental Components of Sustainable Development”. The speaker, Ines Emric Ostojić, Master of Science from the University of Applied Sciences Balthazar Zapresić (Croatia), presented a report on “The Future of Work: Social Sustainability in the Evolving Workplace”.
The lecture was devoted to the current issues of labor market transformation, automation and the impact of these processes on social stability. The speaker outlined the main trends in the development of the labor market, analyzed the challenges and opportunities facing modern society. Particular attention was paid to the role of social responsibility in the context of the future of work.
