Meeting with Stakeholders: Collaboration to Enhance the Quality of Training for Future Professionals

On 13 October 2025, a working meeting was held with the guarantors of the educational programs “Finance” (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels) and “Banking” (Bachelor’s level), the academic staff of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship, and stakeholders – representatives of leading organizations in the financial sector.
Invited members of the Expert Council of Employers for the specialty “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and the Securities Market” joined the discussion.
During the meeting, participants reviewed proposals for updating the catalogue of elective courses for all levels of higher education, discussed the relevance and content of practical training for students, analyzed current labor market trends, employment opportunities, and key requirements for specialists in the financial sector.
Following a productive dialogue, the participants:
· agreed on the content of the elective course catalogue for the 2026-2027 academic year for all educational programs within the specialty “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and the Securities Market”;
· formed a list of priority areas for further cooperation with employers;
· reached agreements on continuing expert support from stakeholders and involving them in guest lectures, training sessions, and practice-oriented activities.
