Master’s students of group F.m-51 enrolled in the Finance educational program, specialty D2 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market,” successfully completed their participation in the international Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project “Modern Management Trends.”
The project was implemented in cooperation with Whitefield Business School (Mauritius) and academic partners from Ukraine, India, the United States, and other countries.
The program was conducted from September 22 to December 22, 2025, comprising 60 academic hours (2 ECTS credits). Throughout the autumn semester, students participated in lectures delivered by international professors, interactive workshops, intercultural discussions, and group projects carried out in mixed international teams.
Within the framework of the course, participants explored key topics in contemporary management, including:
• current trends in leadership and sustainable development;
• financial analytics and the use of data and artificial intelligence for managerial decision-making;
• strategic management and the Balanced Scorecard in a digital environment;
• risk management, security, and critical infrastructure management;
• inclusive and socially responsible management.
Of particular value for future finance professionals was the opportunity to examine how financial decisions are integrated into corporate strategies and global management standards, as well as to enhance critical thinking, teamwork, and intercultural communication skills.
As a result of the successful completion of all academic requirements, Alina BABAK, Iryna KOZHUSHKO, and Inna NIKONOVA were awarded certificates.
Participation in international COIL projects is an important component of the professional training of master’s students in the Finance program, contributing to the integration of Ukrainian higher education into the global academic space and fostering the development of competitive professional competencies.
