Three students of group F.m-51 from the Educational and Professional Master’s Program “Finance” (specialty D2 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market”) took part in the first session of the international COIL project “Modern Management Trends”, implemented in cooperation with Whitefield Business School (Mauritius) and partners from different countries.
During the opening meeting (September 22, 2025), participants discussed the major challenges faced by modern managers: digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence, maintaining work-life balance, the impact of GenZ, global crises, and political instability. The discussions took place in small mixed groups (Ukraine – Mauritius), which helped students develop intercultural communication and teamwork skills.
For future finance professionals, such international cooperation is particularly valuable, as the upcoming course modules will focus on financial analytics, the use of data and AI in managerial decision-making, and strategic financial management. This experience enables students to see how modern management approaches are integrated into financial practice and shape global professional standards.
The program will run throughout the autumn semester and will include lectures by international professors, workshops, and group projects. Upon completion, participants will receive international certificates.
