Together with 21 participants from 18 countries from 02/02/2020 to 02/16/2020 participated in the Effective Resource Management Strategies for Educational Institutions program sponsored by the Government of India Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the direction of Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITES) organized by the Mechanical Engineering Department of the National Institute of Internships and Research for Technical Teachers in Bhopal, India.
The program addressed the following issues:

a list of resources according to the requirements of syllabuses or training programs.
Diagnosis of the actual situation regarding the use of resources by the given cases.
implementation, allocation, and monitoring of resource development (human, information, and physical).
strategic approaches to finding and implementing the competitive advantages of resource management
needs and importance, methods of managing material resources in schools, inventory management
computer methods of resource management, and others.
As a result of the training, she developed and defended a mini-project, successfully passed the test and course materials, and received a certificate.
