As part of studying the disciplines “Digitalization of the Financial Sector” and “Digital Banking”, bachelor’s students in the specialties “Finance” and “Banking” got acquainted with the capabilities of the educational and scientific research center “Financial Perspectives”, which operates within the Center for Collective Use of Scientific Equipment in the scientific direction “Social”.
Particular attention was paid to the application of behavioral approaches to assessing customer reactions to financial services, in particular digital banking products. Tools for measuring the level of trust, risk perception and readiness to make financial decisions in a digital environment were considered.
Applicants had the opportunity to assess consumer behavioral reactions to banking products based on the analysis of digital financial services.
In particular, approaches to testing reactions to various types of interface solutions that affect the perception of services and financial decision-making in the banking sector were demonstrated. This allowed us to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills in analyzing customer behavior in the digital financial environment.
