Starting from March 2, 2026, our students of the “Finance” educational program in the specialty “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market” – Alina Babak (Master’s level) and Anastasiia Vyshnevetska (Bachelor’s level) – began their studies at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić (Zaprešić, Croatia) as part of the Erasmus+ program.
During the spring semester, the students will have a great opportunity to deepen their academic knowledge, get acquainted with international practices in finance, business, and administration, and exchange experiences with students from Poland, Belgium, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Madagascar, and Honduras.
Our students share their first impressions of the mobility:
“The first days were full of organizational issues and getting to know the city, but very quickly we felt the real student life: new friends from different parts of the world, walks around the city, and discovering the local culture, traditions, and cuisine.
Classes at the university take place in a relaxed atmosphere, with a lot of teamwork, discussions, and practical case studies. The lecturers and the international office team are friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Constant communication in English and a new learning format initially pushed us out of our comfort zone a little, but now they have become an integral part of our student life and a motivation for development.
We are actively meeting students from different countries, exchanging experiences, discovering new cultures, and already planning joint trips. We are convinced that this mobility will become an important step not only for our academic but also for our personal development. We are very grateful to our department for such a wonderful opportunity and international experience!”
