The first stage of the training took place in November last year in Northern Macedonia. The training aimed to bring together youth leaders from different countries to learn and understand the differences between youth groups, analyze the place and role of youth work in the modern world, identify areas of responsibility for youth work, and focus on overcoming inequalities between different youth groups.
Oleksandra after the successful completion of the first stage, was invited to the second stage in the picturesque city of Morfasso in northern Italy.
The training was attended by 30 participants from different countries: Ukraine, Montenegro, Albania, Romania, Turkey, Kosovo, Serbia, the Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Italy and Belgium.
During the training, the participant was given a unique opportunity to improve their skills in writing Erasmus + projects for youth exchanges. Under the guidance of experienced curators, each group of participants had to fully consider their future youth exchange project and fill in the application form regulated by Erasmus +. The training also included non-formal education tools such as group work, discussions, brainstorming, games, discussions, group and individual group reflections, and more.
At the end of the training, each participant received a Youthpass certificate.
