On May 13, 2026, the final scientific and practical conference of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers in Finance, organized by the Western Ukrainian National University, took place.
According to the results of the work of the specialized competition committee, Iryna Kozhushko, a master’s degree student majoring in “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and the Stock Market” (Educational Program “Finance”), was awarded the First Degree Diploma.
Her research project entitled “Digitalization of the Banking Sector of Ukraine: Current Trends and the Transformation of Business Models” received the highest ranking score among more than 100 research papers submitted to the competition. The academic supervisor was Professor Larysa Leonidivna Hrytsenko, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship.
