On June 24–25, 2025, the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship held the thesis defense for students of the Banking educational program, specialty 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Stock Market”.
The Examination Committee commended the students’ high level of preparation, the relevance of their research topics, and the practical orientation of their work.
Several outstanding projects deserve special recognition:
Ulyana Vinichenko, with her thesis “Bank Capitalization: Analysis, Assessment, and Ways to Improve” — a practically significant and well-developed study.
Rostyslav Honcharenko, whose research on the role of neobanks in Ukraine’s modern banking system sparked active discussion thanks to his strong command of the subject.
Iryna Kozhushko, who presented a comprehensive study on the analysis and optimization of a bank’s loan portfolio in the context of digital transformation.
We would also like to highlight the work of Anastasiia Fedan (“Assessment of the Impact of Currency Risks on the Banking Ecosystem”) and Ivan Hutianka (“Green Finance: Prospects for Implementation in Ukrainian Banks”), both of which address key sustainable development trends and reflect the modern challenges of the financial sector.
We are especially proud that Ulyana Vinichenko, Iryna Kozhushko, and Anastasiia Fedan delivered their theses in English.
