On April 23, 2026, the final scientific and practical conference of the second round of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Paper Competition in Public Finance was held at the State Tax University (Irpin).
According to the results of the sectional session, a 4th-year student majoring in Finance, Banking and Insurance at Sumy State University, Karina Kozynets, was awarded a Third Prize diploma for her research paper titled “Digital Transformation of Public Finance: From Data Transparency to Public Trust.” The research was carried out within the framework of the research project “GovTech for Ukraine: A Digital, Secure, Transparent, and Equitable State in Times of War and Post-War Reconstruction” (State Registration No. 0126U000544).
