On November 12, 2025, a meeting was held between students and representatives of JSC Credit Agricole Ukraine, dedicated to exploring career opportunities in the banking sector.
Speakers of the event:
- Kateryna Yurchenko – Director of the Credit Analysis Department at JSC Credit Agricole Ukraine;
- Oksana Kyryliuk – Head of Credit Analysis Division at JSC Credit Agricole Ukraine;
- Inna Fandych – Head of Projects and Programs at JSC Credit Agricole Ukraine.
During the event, the speakers presented the Crédit Agricole Group (ranked among the world’s Top 10 largest banks and 2nd in Europe) and shared insights about the activities of Credit Agricole Bank in Ukraine as a reliable and attractive employer. Students learned about the work of corporate lending departments – corporate business, credit analysis, and risk management — their main functions, objectives, and role within the bank’s structure.
The speakers also highlighted the key skills and competencies required for careers in corporate lending, as well as current vacancies and internship opportunities available for university students.
Students showed great interest in the topic, actively engaging in discussion and asking questions about career development, professional requirements for young specialists, and the practical aspects of working in the banking sector.
