Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship joined a cycle of lectures for students organized within the framework of <strong>Ukraine Fintech Week\u201926<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The event was attended by first-cycle \/ Bachelor\u2019s degree students of the <strong>Finance<\/strong> educational programme, groups <strong>F-31<\/strong> and <strong>F-31-4<\/strong>, within the educational component <strong>\u201cDigitalization of the Financial Sector\u201d<\/strong> <em>(lecturer: Andrii SEMENOH)<\/em>.<\/p><p>Students of the <strong>Banking<\/strong> educational programme also took part in the event: groups <strong>BS-21 <\/strong>and <strong>BS-21-3<\/strong> within the educational component <strong>\u201cAnalysis of Banking Activity\u201d<\/strong> <em>(lecturer: Tetiana KUBAKH)<\/em>, and groups <strong>BS-31<\/strong> and <strong>BS-31-4<\/strong> within the educational component <strong>\u201cOrganization of Control in a Bank\u201d<\/strong> <em>(lecturer: Tetiana KUBAKH)<\/em>.<\/p><p>In addition, second-cycle \/ Master\u2019s degree students of the <strong>Finance<\/strong> educational programme, group <strong>F.m-51<\/strong>, joined the lecture cycle within the educational component <strong>\u201cFinancial Regulation and Supervision\u201d<\/strong> <em>(lecturer: Nataliia PIHUL)<\/em>.<\/p><p>The participation of students in the event was aimed at strengthening the practical component of the educational process and familiarizing them with current trends in the development of the financial sector, the fintech industry, payment infrastructure, neobanks, AML compliance, digital financial services, and modern technological solutions in finance.<\/p><p>The lecture programme focused on practical aspects of the fintech sector, current challenges of the payment market, the use of artificial intelligence and biometric technologies in fraud prevention, the development of neobanks, current fintech trends, and the future of payment services.<\/p><p>As part of the event, students attended lectures delivered by leading experts in the financial and fintech sectors:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Olha Nedilko<\/strong>, Executive Director of IPAU, presented the topic <strong>\u201cWhy Is the Payment Sector Impossible Without Quality Infrastructure?\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Zurab Kotaria<\/strong>, COO of Identomat, delivered the lecture <strong>\u201cGolden Age of Fraud &amp; How to Fight It with AI &amp; Biometrics\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Anna Hitpko<\/strong>, Founder and CEO of izibank, spoke about neobanks within the topic <strong>\u201cNeobank: Future or Reality?\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Inna Zavadska<\/strong>, Head of Compliance and speaker at Activitis Education, highlighted the issue <strong>\u201cThe Importance of AML Compliance and What It Is\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Anna Kuzenkova<\/strong>, Managing Partner at Odgers Ukraine, provided practical recommendations on job search, CV writing, and building a professional profile on social media;<\/li><li><strong>Anhelina Oliinyk<\/strong>, representative of UAFIC, introduced participants to <strong>current fintech trends in 2026<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Inna Tiutiun<\/strong>, Member of the Management Board of Sense Bank, shared her vision of the future of payment technologies.<\/li><\/ul><p>Participation in such events contributes to the formation of practice-oriented learning outcomes, the development of analytical thinking, a deeper understanding of modern transformations in the financial sector, and the strengthening of professional competencies.<\/p><p>Engaging students in events involving representatives of the professional community strengthens the connection between educational programmes and the current needs of the labour market, while also contributing to the updating of the educational process in line with modern trends in the development of the financial
