Kasianenko<\/strong> participated in the national conference <strong>\u201cInnovating Education: A New Generation in New Realities\u201d<\/strong>, organized by <strong>Genesis<\/strong> in cooperation with the <strong>Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine<\/strong>, the <strong>Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine<\/strong>, and <strong>Product IT Foundation for Education<\/strong>.<br \/>The conference brought together thousands of educators from across Ukraine to discuss current educational challenges, innovative teaching approaches, and the adaptation of the educational process to the needs of a new generation of students.<br \/>The event focused on:<\/p><ul><li>transformation of higher education in the context of modern reforms;<\/li><li>development of students\u2019 critical thinking skills;<\/li><li>adaptation of academic courses to labor market demands;<\/li><li>integration of social and emotional learning;<\/li><li>strengthening educators\u2019 resilience in times of constant change.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>The conference program featured leading educators, representatives of government institutions, experts in digital technologies, psychology, and product IT.<br \/>Participation in such events contributes to professional development, implementation of modern educational practices, and improvement of the quality of
