On April 23<\/strong>, 2026<\/strong>, the final scientific and practical conference of the second round of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Paper Competition in Public Finance<\/strong> was held at the State Tax University<\/strong> (Irpin).
According to the results of the sectional session, a 4th-year student majoring in Finance, Banking and Insurance at Sumy State University, Karina Kozynets<\/strong>, was awarded a Third Prize diploma<\/strong> for her research paper titled \u201cDigital Transformation of Public Finance: From Data Transparency to Public Trust.\u201d<\/strong> The research was carried out within the framework of the research project \u201cGovTech for Ukraine: A Digital, Secure, Transparent, and Equitable State in Times of War and Post-War Reconstruction\u201d<\/strong> (State Registration No. 0126U000544).
Academic supervisor \u2013 Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Liudmyla Zakharkina<\/strong>.
