A new textbook, Financial Strategies of Enterprises<\/strong>, has been published by the lecturers of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship \u2013 D.Sc. in Economics, Professor Oleksii Zakharkin<\/strong> and PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Liudmyla Zakharkina<\/strong>. The textbook was published by Sumy State University in March 2026.
The publication presents the theoretical foundations and practical tools for the formation, implementation, and evaluation of corporate financial strategies. Particular attention is paid to modern approaches to strategic financial management, including SWOT and PEST analysis, the determination of strategic financial goals, KPIs, scenario modeling, business value management, ESG strategies, financial security, crisis management, as well as the consideration of behavioral factors influencing strategic financial decision-making.
The publication of this textbook is a significant contribution to the development of the department\u2019s educational and methodological support for the learning process.
