On October 15<\/strong>, 2025<\/strong>, students of the \u201cFinance\u201d<\/strong> educational programs (bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s levels) and \u201cBanking\u201d<\/strong> educational program (bachelor\u2019s level) of the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship at SumDU continued their participation in a series of career webinars of the international project Economist Career Way<\/strong>, organized by leading companies in the financial sector.
The first webinar was held by Forvis Mazars<\/strong>, a global partnership providing audit, tax, and consulting services. The topic of the event was \u201cFinTech: How Technologies Are Transforming the Banking Sector\u201d<\/strong>. The speaker, Tetiana Kot<\/strong>, Senior Auditor at Forvis Mazars<\/strong>, highlighted key aspects of the digital transformation of financial services, including the digitalization of banking processes, the evolution of relationships between traditional banks and FinTech companies, and the role of artificial intelligence and big data analytics in improving the efficiency and security of financial operations.
The next webinar was conducted by ProCredit Bank<\/strong>, an international commercial bank that actively implements the principles of sustainable development. The topic of the meeting was \u201cESG Factors in Business and the Role of Green Finance\u201d<\/strong>. Speakers Anastasiia Nedohoda<\/strong> and Nataliia Danchenko<\/strong>, specialists of the Sustainable Development Department, discussed the importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in business operations, the system of environmental and social management, and the role of green financing in promoting sustainable economic growth.
The students deepened their understanding of modern FinTech trends, the impact of innovative technologies on the banking sector, and environmentally and socially responsible approaches to doing business.
