On October 14<\/strong>, 2025<\/strong>, students of the Bachelor\u2019s educational programs \u201cFinance\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cBanking\u201d<\/strong> at the Department of Financial Technologies and Entrepreneurship of Sumy State University took part in a series of webinars held within the international career project Economist Career Way<\/strong>, organized by leading companies \u2014 Credit Agricole<\/strong>, BAT Ukraine<\/strong>, and Oschadbank<\/strong>.<\/p>

Representatives of Credit Agricole<\/strong> delivered a webinar on the topic \u201cAI in Finance: Who Really Controls the Money \u2013 Humans or Algorithms?\u201d<\/strong>.
The speaker, Andrii Knyr<\/strong>, Deputy Director of the IT Development Department, discussed the transformation of the banking sector under the influence of artificial intelligence, the automation of financial processes, the prevention of fraud, and the interaction between humans and technology in modern finance.<\/p>

During the session conducted by BAT Ukraine<\/strong>, students joined the discussion on \u201cPersonal Finance and Career: How to Invest in Your Future\u201d<\/strong>.
Andrii Stepaniuk<\/strong>, Senior Commercial Finance Manager, outlined approaches to defining financial and life goals, tools for self-development, and methods of building career strategies in a dynamic business environment.<\/p>

The final webinar was hosted by Oschadbank<\/strong>, a state-owned bank with over 30 years of experience and the largest branch network in Ukraine.
The topic of the event \u2014 \u201cFuture Skills for Economists: Data Analytics, Programming, Creativity\u201d<\/strong>.
The speaker, Oleksandr Sukhorukov<\/strong>, Director of the Department of Management Information Systems, presented the key skills and knowledge required by modern professionals in data analytics and software development and shared practical cases of implemented projects at Oschadbank<\/strong>.<\/p>

The participants deepened their knowledge of digital transformations in the financial sector, the role of artificial intelligence and data analytics in banking operations, as well as the principles of effective personal financial management and career development in the financial industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
