On May 6<\/strong>, students enrolled in the educational programs “Finance” and “Banking” (specialty 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market”) had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with employer Veronika Dyakova<\/strong>, Leading Specialist of the Recruitment and Personnel Adaptation Department at PUMB<\/strong> \u2013 one of the largest banks in Ukraine, which specializes in comprehensive services for individuals and legal entities, as well as in the development of financial innovations.
The meeting took place in a dialogue format, during which participants received practical advice on preparing for job interviews, learned about real employer expectations, and explored employment prospects in the banking sector.
Veronika Dyakova<\/strong> focused on key issues of interest to the students: how to prepare for a job interview at PUMB<\/strong>, what employers want to hear from a candidate, where to find current job openings, what specialists are most in demand at the bank, and what advice she would give to students looking for their first job.
The meeting served as a strong motivation for students to actively plan their career paths, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by employers even during their studies.
