On March 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM<\/strong>, first- to fourth-year undergraduate students of the educational programs \u201cFinance\u201d and \u201cBanking\u201d, as well as first-year master\u2019s students of the \u201cFinance\u201d program, took part in the first event of the new season of the all-Ukrainian career project Economist Career Way, organized by the UGEN agency (coordinator \u2013 lecturer Liudmyla Zakharkina<\/strong>).
As part of the event, a webinar was held by ProCredit Bank<\/strong> on the topic \u201cESG Factors in Business and the Role of Green Financing\u201d<\/strong>. The speaker was Sergiy Bereza<\/strong>, Head of the Sustainable Development Department at ProCredit Bank. During the webinar, participants learned about modern approaches to environmental and social management, the significance of ESG factors in business, as well as the tools of green financing and types of investments that can be considered sustainable.
The event became an important step in shaping students\u2019 understanding of the role of responsible financing in economic development.
