On October 29, 2023, a three-day International Scientific Conference On Smart\u00a0 Technologies and Applied Research (STAR 2023) started at Istanbul Zaim University (Istanbul – Turkey).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This scientific event is organized in collaboration between Ibn Tofail University (Kenitra – Morocco), Istanbul Zaim University (Istanbul – Turkey), LDR-ESIEA (Paris – France) and the European Organization of Scientific Research and Doctoral Studies EuRSED (Alsace Lorraine, Vienna – France ).<\/span><\/p>\n

The professor of our department, Doctor of Economics, Ihor Basantsov is a member of the European Organization of Scientific Research and Doctoral Studies EuRSED, therefore he took part in the work of the organizing committee for the preparation of this scientific conference.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of this event, it is planned to hold a number of scientific sections and workshops, where scientists will have the opportunity to discuss current and debatable issues of modern science and technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

This scientific conference aims to organize scientific meetings at a high international level involving the best researchers, engineers, professionals, scientists and experts; provision of exchange of opinions and useful information, theoretical and practical developments, as well as experience in various sectors of the economy.<\/span><\/p>\n

STAR 2023 is aimed at different researchers and should promote multidisciplinary communications. With a mix of presentations, academic sessions, workshops and working groups, the conference offers many excellent opportunities for networking, learning and sharing scientific information.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of this scientific event, Prof. Ihor Basantsov prepared a videoreport on the topic: “DEVELOPMENT OF THE FINANCIAL E-CONTROL SYSTEM AS A SUBSYSTEM OF THE “E-STATE” PROJECT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY”.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the report, the speaker offers his vision of the current issues of modernization of the state financial control system with the development and application of information and analytical systems, which will further prevent abuses in the field of formation, distribution and spending of state budget funds and minimize existing corruption risks.<\/span><\/p>\n
