Pokhylko and students of the\u00a0institution\u00a0who are studying courses: E-commerce EN-91\/2bfk, EN-91\/4bfk-0, International Finance EN-92\/3f, F-91r, Trade Business Assets EN-01\/1pe, EN-01 \/2bfk, EN-01\/3pe-1,\u00a0held\u00a0an online lesson with Victoria Mirgorodskaya, consulting company &#8220;4B&#8221;, Kiev\u00a0city. Ms. Victoria is a former graduate of the department and currently works as an accountant for European VAT\u00a0at\u00a04B\u00a0. Therefore she willingly talked about the nuances of the company 4B&#8221;\u00a0activity, concerning international taxation, types and tools of tax optimization, intermediary services for a\u00a0 company registration, intellectual property, e-commerce. The speaker also dwelt on the aspects of asset management companies and joint investment institutions (investment funds).\u00a0She noted that in the near future they may become an alternative for Ukrainian business,\u00a0\u00a0replacing the offshore and low-tax jurisdictions.
